Terms of Service
1. Service
TortueNews is a content creation and publishing workflow for the account owner. It creates informational card news, short vertical videos, captions, and hashtags for social platforms.
2. Account authorization
When a social platform account is connected, the account owner must authorize the connection through the platform's official authorization flow. TortueNews only posts to accounts that have granted the required permissions.
3. Content responsibility
The account owner is responsible for reviewing content before use and for ensuring that all videos, images, music, captions, hashtags, and other materials are lawful and appropriate for publication.
The account owner must only use music, images, and other media for which they have the required rights, licenses, or permissions.
4. Platform rules
The account owner must comply with the terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, intellectual property policies, and developer policies of each social platform used with TortueNews.
5. Availability and errors
Social publishing depends on third-party APIs, authorization tokens, hosting services, and platform review processes. TortueNews does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful posting, or a specific publication time.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the account owner accepts the updated terms.
